Cormac Kinsella the best at CADDE!

Cormac Kinsella has won the best poster award at the first CADDE genomic epidemiology workshop in São Paulo (2nd Dec- 6th Dec) - the CADDE (Brazil-UK Centre for Arbovirus Discovery, Diagnostics, Genomics & Epidemiology) project brings together experts on viral epidemiology, genomics, vectors, public health, among others to monitor and respond to arboviral disease outbreaks.  The workshop covered topics including real-time sequencing of viral outbreaks using minION instruments from Oxford Nanopore Technologies (focused on Dengue virus in this case), instant data analysis with RAMPART, mosquito biology, and evolutionary analysis. https://www.caddecentre.org/
